LIVING ON THE CABRINI CAMPUS
Beginning in the 2026-27 academic year, approximately 900 sophomores will live on the Cabrini Campus, and approximately 900 sophomores will live on the Villanova Campus. Various housing options are available on both campuses. Buildings on the Cabrini Campus tend to have larger rooms and spacious lounges, and most include community kitchens for residents to share.

APARTMENT-STYLE LIVING
Apartments in Lecceto Hall can accommodate groups of 4, 5 or 6 students. Each apartment has a full kitchen, living room, single or double bedrooms and a private bathroom.
Approximately 120 students will be housed in Lecceto Hall during the 2026-27 academic year.
SUITE-STYLE LIVING
Suite-style residence halls feature two double rooms connected by a bathroom. Francesca Hall suites include a common area and a shared in-suite bathroom. In Angelo Hall, students may live in four-person suites consisting of two double rooms connected by a bathroom, or six-person suites consisting of double and single bedrooms, a common area and a shared in-suite bathroom.
Approximately 180 students will live in Francesca Hall and 140 students will live in Angelo Hall during the 2026-27 academic year.
TRADITIONAL RESIDENCES
Nicholas Hall, which will accommodate 110 students during the 2026-27 academic year, features double rooms with shared bathrooms on each wing or hallway. Thomas Hall features single, double and triple rooms with shared bathrooms on each wing or hallway; approximately 175 students will reside there during the 2026-27 academic year.
"CLUSTERED" RESIDENCES
Xavier Hall offers traditional residence hall rooms for two students that are clustered in groups of four rooms with a shared bathroom, perfect for groups of four to six students who wish to live together. Approximately 120 students will live in Xavier during the 2026-27 academic year.
LIVING AND LEADERSHIP COMMUNITIES
Students who choose to live in Cabrini's Living and Leadership Communities will be housed in Josephine Hall, a unique building that features a mix of single, double and triple rooms on smaller wings designed to foster community.
