INTERN HOUSING REGISTRATION
Villanova proudly offers a well-established short-term housing program for approximately 200 students fromÌýotherÌýcolleges and universities coming to the Philadelphia area for internships related to their degree programs in Summer 2026.
Be sure to read through the information on this page carefully before proceeding to registration. Housing will be available with no extensions possible. Thank you for your interest!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- This program is open to registered students from any university who holds a summer internship in the Philadelphia region.Ìý

- Duration: Minimum of 8 weeks up to 10
- Move in: Sunday May 24th 2026
- Check out: July 31st 2026 by 7:00pm
- One time registration fee: $115.00
- Full payment is required to complete registration
- Rate: $275.00/per intern per weekÌý

FAQ
Interns willÌýresideÌýinÌýtheÌýWest Campus apartments. Each intern will have a private bedroom within a shared area that includesÌýa common living space, full kitchen, and bathroom.
No, we are unable toÌýaccommodateÌýmove inÌýprior to May 24th,Ìý2026.
No, we are unable toÌýaccommodateÌýstays after July 31st,Ìý2026.
Yes, you may request an apartment mate; however, requests are not guaranteed. Both you and your requested mate must list each other as your preferred roommate. You canÌýindicateÌýthis in your registration form or email your request toÌýconferenceservices@villanova.edu.
If no roommate is requested, another intern will be assigned.Ìý
Yes. Parking is included in your registration fee, outside your assigned apartment building. The vehicle information enteredÌýinÌýyour registration will be shared with Villanova’s Parking Office. Any changes made to the vehicleÌýyouÌýare bringing to campus.Ìý emailÌýconferenceservices@villanova.eduÌýbefore arrival.Ìý
(not applicable to Villanova Students, you must register your car for a summer pass with the parking office)
Guests areÌýpermittedÌýto stay up to two nights but may not park outside the apartments. Guest vehicles must be parked in the I-1 Garage.

Meal plans are not available, but interns can pay per meal.
Yes, Interns can receive mail on campus. Once registration is confirmed, the student will receive a comprehensive information packet with mailing information.Ìý
