Foundations of Entrepreneurial Thinking

Entrepreneurship begins long before a business plan or pitch deck is developed. Successful ventures start with an entrepreneurial mindset. This course starts at the beginning, teaching learners to think critically, observe patterns and understand people and challenges. It also introduces the core mindsets and frameworks necessary to help innovators see possibilities.

Throughout this course, you'll learn how innovators identify problems worth solving and use structured methods to navigate ambiguity with confidence. You'll explore how human-centered design, curiosity and systems-level perspectives fuel better ideas, smarter decisions and stronger alignment with customer needs.Ìý

Through hands-on activities and real-world examples, you'll identify how to analyze trends, uncover stakeholder insights, conduct customer interviews and write clear problem statements that guide effective solutions.
